828px) 100vw, 828px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El \u00e1rea del ba\u00f1o es una que necesita de un cuidado constante ya que de lo contrario va cogiendo un aspecto poco moderno ya que las fraguas entre las mayolicas van torn\u00e1ndose oscuras y hasta con hongos.<\/p>\n<p>Esto vamos a hacerlo con cierta herramienta muy \u00fatil que es el raspador de rejuntas, recuerda que si la fragua se pone verde la cer\u00e1mica o mayolica puede ir siendo atacada por detras debido a la humedad.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-41328\" src=\"http:\/\/perfectaidea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/rejuntas.jpg\" alt=\"C\u00f3mo modernizar y mantener los muros del ba\u00f1o\" width=\"700\" height=\"410\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Luego procedemos a rellenar con una fragua nueva, de preferencia recomendamos usar otro color de fragua para que se note el cambio.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full base de caucho butilico vamos a sellar los bordes entre la tina y la cer\u00e1mica.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-41348 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/perfectaidea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/caucho-butilico.jpg\" alt=\"C\u00f3mo modernizar y mantener los muros del ba\u00f1o\" width=\"628\" height=\"442\" (max-width: 628px) 100vw, 628px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Para este momento los cambios han sido solo dos pero podemos ver que el aspecto del ba\u00f1o ha sido significativo.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Unos pasos opcionales que puedes escoger es la instalaci\u00f3n de esta ducha que adem\u00e1s tiene la ducha de mano.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter
